Before you join

What happens after I join the first users?

We keep your name, email, profession, what you want to use SurvyAI for, and the Windows details you type. During the beta we use that list to grant Pro for the beta period and to see which survey jobs to improve. After the beta, Pro is a paid plan. Joining does not turn Pro on by itself.

Do I need AutoCAD or ArcGIS?

AutoCAD is required to produce or edit survey plans. Coordinate and document tasks can run without it. ArcGIS Pro is only needed when you ask SurvyAI to drive a GIS project.

Where do my drawings go?

CAD files, spreadsheets, and other job files stay in the workspace folder on your PC. When you are signed in, the task text — and any file content that task needs — is sent to SurvyAI’s hosted model. The desktop tools still run on your computer.

Can I download the beta without joining?

Yes. The Windows installer is on the homepage. Joining tells us who you are so we can grant beta Pro access and learn what to build next. After the beta, Pro is paid.
